  1. Create a new item in the product database from the values of the laboratory analysis of your product.

  2. Determine the serving size of your product.

  3. Determine the appropriate Nutrition Facts Table (NFT) format.

  4. Select, upon Menu, the [Nutritive Value Calculation: Recipes] option, then select [Create] button to create a new recipe in which you add the ingredient that you just created in step 1 as the only ingredient.

    Remark
    There should be only one ingredient in your recipe, the ingredient you created at Step1

  5. Select the [Reports] tab, then select the desired format for the Nutrition Facts Table (NFT).

  6. Print the Nutrition Facts Table (NFT).
